Spacious RV lots

Every lot at Vance's Camp features a large concrete pad with fully paved driveways. Choose from our Standard, Premium, Deluxe back-in lots or Pull-through lots.

Both long-term and short-term stays available.

All lots are at least 50 foot long, comes with attached parking spot, as well as grass for your furry friends to enjoy lounging in. Full hookups including 30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer.

High-end laundry and bathroom facilities

Our private restrooms feature modern vanities, full-size showers, and plenty of space for freshening up. On-site washers and dryers are available for all guests.

Worried about being crowded? Laundry and bathroom facilities are available in two buildings across the park. Open 24 hours a day.

Fully-gated and secure

Our gated entrance and on-site office keep things secure and welcoming.

Stop by during office hours to grab a coffee from our communal coffee bar or pick up anything you need.

River access and dog park

Vance's Camp sits right on the West Fork of the Trinity River. Launch your kayak from our on-site ramp, cast a line, or just enjoy the view.

Don’t feel like hanging on the river? Chill in the shade with your furry friend in our on-site dog park.
